These Inns are full service facilities with a SPECIALTY RESTAURANT, DELI, health club and pool, and all rooms are studio suites.

The program is complete down to UNIFORMS for the Inn Staff, and FLOOR PLANS are available for the various configurations.

For the restaurants, the CHINA AND SILVERWARE is chosen and specified. All RECIPES have been created, tested and a recipe card with a photo made up for every item on the menus. MANUALS have been written up for all aspects of the operation.

STATIONERY and amenity items are designed and completed.

CONTRACTS are completed for franchise, management, and construction management.

SCHEMATICS are available for the building and rooms, as well as EXTERIOR VIEWS.
