The PowerShaper design is quite simple: a low wide base houses a powerful motor beneath a 9" x 10" removable work table. Shaping tools mount on the motor spindle which can shape wood, composites, plastic, ceramic, glass, porcelain, brass, white metals, etc. Work can be done wet or dry since the machine has a built-in coolant reservoir. Specific shaping tools are available in several profiles, diameters, and surface coatings. The photos below show just a few of the unlimited things you can put the PowerShaper to work doing. In addition to shaping and profiling, this amazing machine can buff and polish, miter and plane, bevel edges of materials, do both internal and external grinding, deburr parts and perform uses limited only by your needs.
