Pastime Company offers a consignment service to its customers for the sale of their excess tools. This service calls for a 50/50 split of the sales proceeds between Pastime Company and the Consignee. This could be an excellent way to convert unused tools to cash. If you want to take advantage of this program, please print out the consignment agreement, fill it out, and mail it to us with your tool(s). We will send a signed contract back to you. Thank you for your interest in our consignment program.

CONSIGNMENT AGREEMENT

This Agreement, made this date: by and between Pastime Company (hereinafter referred to as the COMPANY) and ________________________________ (hereinafter referred to as the CONSIGNEE) agree to the following:

(I.) CONSIGNEE

1. Will consign tools to Pastime Company for resale.

2. Will give Pastime Company 90 days to sell the tool(s) consigned.

3. Description of tools consigned and the asking price:

(II.) COMPANY

1. Pastime Company will use its best efforts to sell the tools of CONSIGNEE.

2. These tools will remain the property of the consignee until sold by Pastime Company.

3. Pastime Company and CONSIGNEE will split the sales proceeds equally.

4. All items sold will be paid by Pastime Company monthly.

This agreement can be terminated with seven days notice by the COMPANY or the CONSIGNEE.
