II.  MANAGEMENT CONTRACTS

1.  We charge a basic fee to cover our out of pocket expenses.

2.  We get 15.0 % on all sales increases.

3.  We get 35.0% to 50.0 %  of all cost savings. (negotiable)

4.  Term:  One year to five years.

 

III.  DIAGNOSTIC CONTRACTS

1.  Two to six weeks in duration.

2.  We analyze every aspect of your hotel.

3.  We submit a written report of our findings.

4.  If we do not find twice our fee in increased sales and/or reduced costs, you pay us nothing.
