9/89 - 6/95	Resident of Ogden Nines Apartments, 999 Ogden St., Denver, CO while attending University of Denver. Managed 67 unit hi-rise, supervised contractors, maintenance crew and assistant manager. Rented apartments, performed general bookkeeping, hired vendors, and collected rents.
6/85 - 1/88	Manager of Holland House Hotel. Duties included supervising front desk, bellman, night audit, housekeeping, restaurant and bar staff. Completed daily reports, bank deposits, payroll, city ledger, workman's compensation claims, scheduling, hiring and supervising of 25 employees.
5/83 - 5/85	Landscaping design (independent contractor).
3/77 - 4/83	Radisson Hotel/Governor's Court Hotel (the same), Denver, CO. Began working at front desk and progressed to Office Manager, Assistant Resident Manager and finally Resident Manager responsible for 65 employees.
