The company--HOSPITALITY VENTURES INTERNATIONAL--was founded in 1974.

It has been active in the hospitality industry since that time, and has operated campgrounds, hotels and motels, resorts,remote catering facilities, and restaurants throughout the continental United States and Alaska and, thru it's principals, has completed foreign assignments in Belize, Bahamas, Canada, Costa Rica, Honduras, Kazakstan, Mexico, Romania, (Study) and the United Kingdom.

The company has completed numerous accounting, management, and marketing report for clients in many parts of the globe.

Thru afiliates, the company developed computerized menu explosion programs and a remote camp catering software program.

In 1980, the company partnered with GRAND METROPOLITAN, PLC.--a United Kingdom multi national--to develop a program called VENTURE INNS OF AMERICA, INC. This program was developed with modular buildings, and all rooms were to be suite type rooms. Each inn was to include a deli, a speciality restaurant, health club,and 100 to 150 suites. Complete concepts were created for the speciality restaurants.  Namely, GYPSYS with an international theme, the ROYAL OAK a transplanted British pub, and NATASHA'S with a Russian theme.     HOSPITALITY sold it's interest to GRAND METROPLITAN in 1985, and they transferred all activities to London. HOSPITALITY retained the rights to develop and operate 8 units in California and Florida.

 

HOSPITALITY  is currently confining it's activities to consulting and selected management and marketing contracts.
