Consultant Services Division
Will Provide
The Following Services To

Member Consultants

• Set up an operating file, including your current resume and references.

• Verify the existence of Educational Degrees and Professional Certifications.

• Standardize and make available information from your operating file, to all clients.

• Send follow-up reports to clients, keep replies in your operating file, and send a copy to you.

• Set up a Ledger page for each consultant, reflecting all activities in which NBN, Inc. and each consultant is involved.

• Accept your invoice for services performed on behalf of a client, bill the client, re-billing if necessary, up to a maximum of 6 times. NBN, Inc. will not be responsible for collection of delinquent accounts.

• Advertise, market and solicit NBN's services and availability of consultants.

• Provide each member with one identification card, showing consultant name, specialty, and NBN's address and telephone number. Additional cards will be available at extra cost.

• Priorities for assigning work to members of this office will be as follows:
1. Specific request by name, from client.
2. Request from client for specialty and specific qualifications.
3. Geographical location of consultant with respect to client.
4. All other priorities being equal. Assignment will be based on tenure with NBN, Inc.
